The Fellowship is a beautiful time of culture development for your team, but also a PERFECT time to rest and invest in yourself.

Here’s some frequently asked questions that might help you prepare for the experience.

Why should I attend?

Attendance at a once-in-a-lifetime retreat combining intensive culture content, VIP experiences, and lots of fun. You’ll have access to a retreat concierge to help make sure all of the details are perfect and membership into an Alumni Network that supports your culture and celebrates your wins. Additionally, you’ll gain rare, personal access to the pioneers and architects of some of the world’s best organizational cultures.

How does COVID-19 impact this event?

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Although The Fellowship has instituted reasonable practices in an attempt to lessen or reduce the spread of COVID-19, The Fellowship cannot guarantee that you will never get exposed to the virus or get sick from it. By attending The Fellowship, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We ask guests to not attend the event/activity if they have or have had COVID-like symptoms over the past 14 days. Vaccinations will not be required for this event and face covers are optional, but we reserve the right to change this policy at any time leading up to the event.

Can my spouse attend as well?

You are more than welcome to share your room with your spouse should they choose to come with you, but keep in mind that does not include participation in the event. For an additional fee of $1,200, your spouse may attend evening meals and activities with you. If your spouse would like to be a full event participant, please contact info@experiencethefellowship.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the event, there will be no refunds available. However, you can find someone to take your spot and can do that by contacting info@experiencethefellowship.com.

Is there a discount for my team if we register together?

Yes, we believe sending just one person from your company can make a difference in your organization, but the power of bringing a team is matchless. There are exclusive offerings available only to groups but group registration is limited in order to accommodate a diverse representation of organizations at this intimate event. Discounted registration is available for groups of 3-5 attendees at a rate of $8,250 per attendee. To receive the group offer code, please email info@experiencethefellowship.com.

Can my company pay for this as a training event for me and my team?

Absolutely. When you register you will be given the option to pay by credit card or to receive an invoice. When paying by credit card you will receive a receipt that you can show your company or select the invoice option for your company to be invoiced directly. For group accommodations, please reach out to info@experiencethefellowship.com.
