One of the original two marketing executives at Chick-fil-A, David went on to spend 37 years in the CFA Marketing Department and most recently as a Vice President. David was also instrumental in the development and growth of the iconic ‘cow campaign’ and championed a marketing department that rose to international prominence.

Cynt Marshall has been a dynamic force for inclusion and diversity within the Mavericks organization and over a 36-year career at AT&T. When Cynt was hired as the CEO of the Mavs in March 2018, she set her sights on a culture transformation. She is credited with setting the NBA standard for inclusion and diversity, and brought transparency through her values-based leadership style that evolved the company culture even in her first 100 days. Forbes named Cynt one of 15 of the world’s most inspiring female leaders and in 2020 she was awarded the Girl Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement award. Additionally, she was named as one of Adweek’s 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports.

Paige is the founder of The Birthday Party Project, a national nonprofit is dedicated to celebrating the lives of children experiencing homelessness through the magic of a birthday party. Under her leadership, TBPP expanded to 20 cities across the U.S., impacting over 73,000 kids with the help of nearly 35,000 dedicated volunteers. Paige’s successes have garnered widespread recognition, with features on esteemed platforms such as the TODAY Show, New York Times, ABC World News Tonight, and more. She’s also shared her insights on platforms like TEDx, advocating for meaningful cultures, brave leadership, and finding joy in the ordinary.
