DAVID SALYERS
Original Chick-fil-A Marketing Executive & Pioneer
One of the original two marketing executives at Chick-fil-A, David went on to spend 37 years in the CFA Marketing Department and most recently as a Vice President. David was also instrumental in the development and growth of the iconic ‘cow campaign’ and championed a marketing department that rose to international prominence.


Cynt Marshall
Chief Executive Officer
Cynt Marshall has been a dynamic force for inclusion and diversity within the Mavericks organization and over a 36-year career at AT&T. When Cynt was hired as the CEO of the Mavs in March 2018, she set her sights on a culture transformation. She is credited with setting the NBA standard for inclusion and diversity, and brought transparency through her values-based leadership style that evolved the company culture even in her first 100 days. Forbes named Cynt one of 15 of the world’s most inspiring female leaders and in 2020 she was awarded the Girl Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement award. Additionally, she was named as one of Adweek’s 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports.


Nawal Fakhoury
Director of Employee Experience
Nawal Fakhoury serves as LinkedIn’s ultimate “Culture Champion” as the Director of LinkedIn’s Employee Experience team. Nawal and her team are responsible for fueling LinkedIn’s unique company culture by designing and delivering global programs across LinkedIn’s 35+ offices to ensure every one of their 20,000 employees have an exceptional employee experience.

Chief Administrative Officer
Kelly Ann serves as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer for Mr. Cooper Group overseeing all facets of human resources, brand, corporate communications, customer relations, diversity and inclusion, employee events and programs, facilities, procurement, and security. As a strategic leader in the organization, she leads the company’s culture initiatives to create an encouraging and empowering work environment and partners closely with core business leaders to ensure we take a customer-first approach.


TERYLUZ ANDREU
Culture Expert & Partner at Axialent
Teryluz Andreu has over 20 years of experience helping some of the world’s largest companies improve organizational effectiveness and realize the potential of their people through leadership development, culture transformation, talent, engagement, and change management strategies. She has a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Puerto Rico. She is certified in Business Application Coaching by Axialent, change management by PROSCI®, and in other leadership and organizational assessment tools, including Barrett Cultural Values Assessment, Hogan Personality Inventory Assessment, and Facet5™ leadership assessments. She’s also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Brad Montague
Author and Founder
Brad Montague is a New York Times best selling author of books for kids and former kids. He is creator of the web series Kid President, The Circles All Around Us, and, most recently, The Fantastic Bureau of Imagination. Brad lives in Tennessee with his wife and kids. He can currently be seen as the host of the television special The Kindness Project on The Magnolia Network and Discovery Plus.
