For immediate release

LAKE GENEVA, WI, March 6, 2025 The Fellowship, the world’s premier organizational culture brand, has entered an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Morgan MacDonald Manion and The Imaginal Cell. This transition ensures The Fellowship’s continued impact while expanding its mission to help leaders transform workplace culture with greater depth and scale.

At the heart of this evolution is The Fellowship: Masterclass, a transformational three-day event where leaders willgain the tools to build cultures of enduring greatness. This year’s Masterclass will take place November 3-5 at TheGrand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, marking its first gathering under The Imaginal Cell’s leadership.

The Fellowship was founded in 2017 by Ginger Hardage, former Senior Vice President of Culture and Communications at Southwest Airlines, in partnership with Jayson Teagle, CEO of Collideoscope. Since then, it has helped organizations worldwide build captivating cultures that employees love working for and customers love supporting.

Culture is the foundation of transformation,” said Morgan MacDonald Manion, CEO of The Imaginal Cell. “The Fellowship is a community of heart-centered leaders unlike any other. My mission is to honor the legacy that Ginger and Jayson built while expanding its impact through the Masterclass and beyond.

To propel this next chapter, The Imaginal Cell will partner with Gagen MacDonald, an APCO Company— a leading culture, communication, and leadership consultancy. Founded by culture icon Maril MacDonald, Gagen MacDonald will help ensure that The Fellowship’s influence continues to grow.

Ginger Hardage expressed full confidence in this new leadership: “I have so much trust in Maril and Morgan. Maril has been a pioneer in the culture space, and Morgan’s vision is exactly what The Fellowship needs to flourish in the future.”

Jayson Teagle, co-founder of The Fellowship and CEO of Collideoscope, echoed that sentiment:

“From the moment Morgan experienced The Fellowship firsthand, it was clear she was the right person to carry it forward. She doesn’t just understand what it is—she understands what it can become.”

In addition to the Masterclass, leaders can also engage with The Fellowship’s curriculum through The Fellowship: Foundations, a five-week digital experience designed to help organizations transform workplace culture from the inside out.

This is not an ending—it’s a beginning. With Morgan MacDonald Manion at the helm, The Fellowship is poised to equip more leaders, deepen its impact, and ignite lasting cultural transformation worldwide.
