One of the original two marketing executives at Chick-fil-A, David went on to spend 37 years in the CFA Marketing Department and most recently as a Vice President. David was also instrumental in the development and growth of the iconic ‘cow campaign’ and championed a marketing department that rose to international prominence.

KELLY ANNE DOUGHTRY

Chief Administrative Officer

Kelly Ann serves as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer for Mr. Cooper Group overseeing all facets of human resources, brand, corporate communications, customer relations, diversity and inclusion, employee events and programs, facilities, procurement, and security. As a strategic leader in the organization, she leads the company’s culture initiatives to create an encouraging and empowering work environment and partners closely with core business leaders to ensure we take a customer-first approach.

Chief Human Resource Officer

Lars N. Minns is currently the Chief HR Officer for Mercedes-Benz, North America with responsibility for the US and Canada serving the organization since March 2015. He currently leads the organization in designing, implementing, and executing HR strategies that directly align with the company’s strategic objectives for the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution of cars, vans, and parts in the United States and Canada. Under his leadership, the organization is undergoing one of the largest transformations in the automotive industry in its pursuit to be the most desired electric luxury brand in North America.

TERYLUZ ANDREU

Culture Expert & Partner at Axialent

Teryluz Andreu has over 20 years of experience helping some of the world’s largest companies improve organizational effectiveness and realize the potential of their people through leadership development, culture transformation, talent, engagement, and change management strategies. She has a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Puerto Rico. She is certified in Business Application Coaching by Axialent, change management by PROSCI®, and in other leadership and organizational assessment tools, including Barrett Cultural Values Assessment, Hogan Personality Inventory Assessment, and Facet5™ leadership assessments. She’s also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
